Janet has been a nurse practitioner since 1980, and has specialized in oncology for almost 20 years. She has practiced in a variety of locations, including the Dana Farber Cancer Institute in Boston, Ma, the Hollings Cancer Center in Charleston, SC and most recently the Huntsman Cancer Institute in Salt Lake City, UT. Her particular academic interests are in symptom management, wellness and survivorship. She loves road biking, sea kayaking, Nordic skiing and hiking, and just about anything to do with the outdoors.
